“About Me” Class
I’m teaching this Layout class later this month at Paradise Scrapbook Boutique.
I wanted to design a layout just for YOU. A layout about what makes you special.
I would just love to open up an old shoe box full of my Great Grandmother’s photos and find a little list of her aspirations or her favorite pastimes tucked in with them.
That is what this layout is about. Someday you will have a child, grandchild, a niece, a nephew or a good friend that will see this layout and learn something special about you.
That layout is awesome…which leads me to a couple questions for you:
1) With all the detail work and layers do you have any issues closing these books? How many pages can you fit in a scrapbook – I think it’s 90 pages without a lot of embellishments right?
2) Have you attempted any of the digital scrapbooking?
Wow, I love the lacing you have going there.
So much detail.
Course the top secret packet, I would probably need several of those or alot bigger ones for it!! ha ha
This is lovely!! The finder have to take one look to see what kind of person your are/were. Very clever made!
It’s a shame I can do your workshop!
Kind regards from The Netherlands, Odetta
What a great idea. My first thought was “why would I do a page about me.” But then I realized you were right. I’d love to have a page like this about my mother or grandmother. Beautiful work. Thanks
It’s gorgeous Christie, I just love it!! I saw this over on PSB blog and my jaw just dropped – you amaze me, my friend! *STAMPIN HUGS* Alex

What a beautiful piece of art! Thanks for reminding us that WE are important enough to take time to tell our own story. Your work is amazing!
Very pretty!

I fit like 14 in a post bound album! My album expense is considerable more…haha!
