Transatlantique

In my last post I mentioned that I had made an additional Wall-Hanging using G45 papers.  I love the new Graphic 45 Transatlantique paper, it’s very fun to play with.

I love how the paper reminds me of my travels.

One of the best vacations I ever took was when I traveled through Europe.  I was traveling with my best friend, Laura.  Laura and I  met up with a group that my Great Aunt Janice headed.   It was long before I was married, before I had kids.  I actually turned 18 in Paris!  What a birthday!

It’s been a long while since that trip but I can recall it like it was yesterday.

The Eiffel Tower is the theme on several of the prints in the Transatlantique line.  I think it’s my favorite of the three new lines that Diane Schultz designed.

Sometimes I find paper that inspires me so much, I’ll plan a family outing just so that I can scrapbook with it.  Silly maybe but my family always has fun!

Here’s a look at the Transatlantique Wall-Hanging that I made:

Do you ever feel inspired by paper?  Do you plan trips or outings just so that you can scrapbook them?
